Tom Dixon Rock Candle Holder Large

The design inspiration for Rock stemmed from Tom’s many trips to India and observing the hand lathe workers of Rajasthan and Agra. The idea was to create simple shapes that could be hand turned on the lathe and constructed like playful children’s building blocks. The pattern and texture of each piece are entirely unique, depending on the block of marble it was carved from, which creates an individualistic quality in every product.
