We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey to your home.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Scandinavian-inspired pieces. If you need to return an item, here’s our simple process:

Return Policy Details

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Classic Pocket Mattresses. All mattress sales are final.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Pack securely using original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  4. Write the RMA number clearly on the package exterior

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Credit card payments: Refund processed in 5-10 business days
  • PayPal payments: Refund processed in 3-5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in GBP. International customers may experience currency fluctuations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item. Please indicate your preferred exchange item when contacting us.
