Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Classic Pocket Mattresses. All mattress sales are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack your return securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse at:

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Refunds will be processed in GBP and may be subject to currency fluctuations.
