Product Story
Meredith Frampton 1894–1984, was a British painter and etcher, successful as a portraitist in the 1920s–1940s. His artistic career was short and his output limited because his eyesight began to fail in the 1950s. In the foreground of ‘Nude with Flying Swans’painted by Frampton in 1919 a nude young woman is pursued by two swans, one white and one black. Her long golden hair is entwined around the neck of the white swan.
In this elegant fusion of art and design, our Nordic Fjord scent is carefully paired with Frampton’s Nude with Flying Swans from the Tate collection to evoke a sense of comfort through the art of scent. Bringing the Nordic fjords into your home, the candle features notes of fresh citrus with earthy cedarwood. This candle is packaged in a 100% recycled paper box, and you can reuse the vessel time and time again for plants, paintbrushes, stems or stationery.
